iWant2BeOnTV x Suoni Per Il Popolo ...

Bzzzzz…. What is that you hear? A buzzer or a bee? Maybe the S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G Bee! Come hither for a once in a lifetime opportunity for a broadcasted spectacle of The ...Spelling Bee of the Century created by iWant2BeOnTV with musical guests Fraud Perry, Bastard Idol, Laughing and Culvert Corpse!

This is not your traditional orthographic mastery display - spellers will be pushed to their limits with unexpected obstacles and challenges.

iWant2BeOnTV is a Montréal-based collective founded by Alex Apostolidis in 2021, creating hybrid participatory performances, theatre, and concerts that result in video pieces honoring public access cable television histories and aesthetics with a queer, DIY ethos. The works challenge hegemonic power structures through comedy, deviancy, and community, while pushing the boundaries of genre and performance. The team includes Alex Apostolidis, Charvel Rappos, Alex Clifford, and Mars Zaslavsky.
