How to Sign Up
At CUTV, there are two membership types:
- Concordia University undergraduate students can sign up for free.
- Community members can sign up or renew for $20.
To sign up, Membership registration requires an in-person visit to the CUTV station.
Forms are available at the front desk and must be filled out and submitted on site during our Hours and location.

Please bring a valid photo ID and credit card information to the station to complete your registration and enroll in our equipment library.
Please note that online submissions are not accepted—you must visit the station to finalize your registration.

Renew Membership
To renew your membership, please come to the CUTV station and renew in person.
Community members must pay a $20 renewal fee each year.
